DEL RIO,TX–What began as a small business from home, has flourished as the leading ultra-healthy spotlight business of Del Rio and surrounding areas.

An idea formulated by Dulce Maria Ramon, proprietor and health advocate of Tula's Juicery, and with the help of her father, whom nicknamed Ramon, Tula, she set out to offer a product worthy of the name, Tula's Juicery.

"Having learned Yoga, becoming a certified health coach, and working with clients, I developed a concept of producing a all natural green juice to promote a healthy way of life," said Ramon.  "Tula, a spider cartoon character, was the nickname my father gave me at an early age,"  Ramon smilingly said.

Tula's Juicery provides a healthy way of life through its' coldpressed juices and smoothies in a variety of flavors, ultra-healthy snacks, honest foods, and soon to come Yoga classes.

Ramon stated that her juices are all natural green extracted from fresh vegetables and fruits.  All products contain 40 percent more vitamins than regular juices, due to being coldpressed from 2,000 lbs of pressure.

"We started selling to friends and family.  Currently now we are serving to gyms, fitness centers, and also to surrounding areas like Uvalde, Acuña, and more."

All products are bottled at Tula's Juicery and have a fresh taste shelf life of 7 days.

"In 20 minutes the body absorbs and uses vitamins found in vegetables.  When we pick up and put in healthy products we than in turn have a healthy way of life," said Ramon.

On Thursday, December 8th, the Del Rio Chamber of Commerce accompanied Ramon & staff to celebrate their ribbon cutting event.
