Conexión Del Río/Staff Report

DEL RIO – Continuing with its commitment to education, Border Federal Credit Union awarded $19,000 in scholarships to 42 high school and college students in BFCU’s field of membership. The scholarships ranged from $250 to $750 each.

BFCU staff hosts numerous events throughout the year to raise funds for student and teacher scholarships. The largest portion of the funds were raised at the annual golf tournament held in May 2016.
